Shipping Policy

UK shipping only
We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available during this MVP phase.
Processing
Orders are custom prepared after payment. Production time can affect when your parcel leaves the fulfilment partner.
Estimated delivery
Our current estimate is 2 to 7 days after you place your order, counting from order placement through to delivery. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Busy periods, production queues, and carrier performance can change timing.
Tracking
When a carrier provides tracking, we aim to share it with you. You may receive shipment or delivery updates by email when those details are available.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for entering a complete, correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or failed delivery caused by an address you entered incorrectly.
Delays
Delivery dates are estimates. Carriers and fulfilment partners sometimes delay. Weather, customs (if rules change), or operational issues can affect timelines.
Lost or very late parcels
If tracking has not moved for an unusually long time or the order has not arrived within a reasonable window after the estimate, email tattd@darcadder.com. We will investigate with our fulfilment and shipping partners.
Damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, see our Returns & Refunds Policy. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can assist.
