Artist Terms / Seller Agreement
These Artist Terms ("Agreement") describe the relationship between you ("Artist", "you") and D'arc Adder when you create a storefront, upload designs, and sell through our platform. Contact: tattd@darcadder.com.
Independent creators
You are an independent seller using our tools. You are not an employee, partner, joint venturer, or agent of D'arc Adder, and you may not speak for us or bind us legally.
Storefronts and moderation
You may create a storefront and profile subject to our policies. We may refuse, hide, suspend, or remove storefronts or designs that violate our rules, pose legal risk, or are technically unsuitable for production.
Your content
You keep ownership of artwork you upload. You confirm you own the rights to each design or have all licences and permissions needed to sell and use it through us.
Licence you grant us
You grant D'arc Adder a licence to:
- Host, display, and deliver your artwork on storefronts and in the product
- Resize, crop, colour-correct, or otherwise process files technically for previews and printing
- Produce and fulfil temporary tattoo orders that include your designs through our fulfilment partners
- Use your designs in D'arc Adder emails, carts, checkout, and fulfilment flows as needed for orders
- Present your storefront or designs in D'arc Adder promotional materials where we market the platform or community
Your responsibilities
- Upload only accurate, authorised content.
- Maintain valid Stripe Connect payout details.
- Respond promptly to lawful platform requests.
- Do not manipulate sales, misuse refunds, or abuse the platform.
Content quality
Not every file will produce a good temporary tattoo. We may reject or hide files that are technically unusable without heavy artefacting or that break print requirements.
Prohibited content
- Stolen artwork or uploads you do not have rights to sell
- Hate symbols or hateful content targeting protected groups
- Illegal content
- Clear copyright or trademark infringement
- Impersonation or misleading use of another person, artist, or brand
We allow lawful, edgy tattoo culture. Moderation focuses on harm, illegality, and intellectual property abuse, not personal taste alone.
Takedowns
We may temporarily hide disputed content while we review an intellectual property complaint. Repeat or serious misuse may lead to suspension or closure.
Customers and payments
We operate checkout and collect payment from buyers. Buyers pay D'arc Adder. Your earnings are calculated and paid under our Artist Payout Terms. You do not receive the full customer payment directly from us as a pass-through.
Termination
You may request to close your account or storefront. We may suspend or terminate access for policy breaches, fraud, repeated IP complaints, legal risk, or other serious concerns. Outstanding amounts may be handled as described in payout terms.
Taxes
You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your earnings in the jurisdictions that apply to you.
Changes
We may update these Artist Terms. We will post the updated version on the site and may give notice where appropriate. Continued selling after updates may mean you accept the new terms as allowed by law.
