Returns & Refunds Policy

Custom orders: no returns
All orders are custom prepared for you. Because of that: we do not accept returns, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind, and you cannot cancel an order after payment has succeeded. If something is wrong with your order, reach out and we will help where we can under this policy.
Digital tattoo tickets
Tattoo tickets are digital licences for personal tattoo use of selected artwork. Because the ticket and design access are delivered digitally after payment, tattoo ticket sales are final once payment succeeds, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
- Changing your mind after purchase is not usually refundable.
- A tattoo artist declining, adapting, or being unable to tattoo the design is not usually refundable.
- Buying the same non-exclusive design as someone else is not a defect or refundable issue.
If something went wrong
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, or if there was a fulfilment or shipping error on our side, contact us. We will review your case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
Time limit to report
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery (or the tracked delivery date) to report an eligible issue. Messages after that window may still be considered, but we cannot guarantee a remedy.

- Clear production or print defects
- Wrong item or wrong order received
- Missing item or sheet
- Fulfilment or shipping errors we or our provider are responsible for

Remedies
Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement or a full or partial refund to your original payment method. We will confirm the outcome by email.
Refund timing
After we approve a refund, processing typically takes up to about ten business days through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the credit.
Situations we usually cannot refund
- You changed your mind
- You chose the wrong design, size, or quantity
- You bought a tattoo ticket before confirming your tattoo artist would accept it
- The shipping address you entered was incorrect
- Problems caused by incorrect application or misuse
- Minor colour or size differences that fall within normal variation for display screens and print
UK cancellation rights and custom goods
UK consumer law gives certain cancellation rights for distance sales, but there are exceptions for custom or personalised goods once production has started or commitment has been made. Final wording here should be reviewed with counsel so we describe your rights accurately without overclaiming.
